Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Payouts are on hold. I've done 2 step authentication and they are still on hold. Can someone from Shopify contact me to let me know why this is. The Business is Electric Hair.

Would there be a notification or banner in your admin asking for more info or documentation in relation to your payouts?
If you haven't already, I'd try checking your account owner email address (including any spam or other folders) to see if you have been contacted by our team.
