I am trying to change my card details , to get paid once someone buys from my store , but when I went onto there it won’t change as I don’t have to old sort number and card number , but I haven’t had a card ending in the numbers it’s saying

To update your banking information, you will require the previous routing number and account number. You can usually obtain this by referring to an old banking statement, or calling your bank. If you're unable to retrieve this information then you'll need to reach out to our Support. From there, they can escalate your request up to our Accounts team so they can remove the security protocol to allow up to update your banking information.
