We often place payouts on hold in order to complete standard underwriting and verification processes. We would usually contact you requesting information to help with this.
Have you received an email from Shopify explaining why your payouts are on hold at all? Or is there a portal in your store admin asking that you upload documents for verification purposes?
If not, I recommend that you reach out to our support directly so that they can securely advise you on the next steps.
