Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi! I had 2 sales on my page a few weeks ago that both paid via PayPal. It shows the orders were fulfilled but I cannot find rhem
on the payout page. Payment was captured via PayPal. Can’t find the funds there either, and my PayPal has been set up and has been used multiple times.
A sale I processed last month before those orders had no issues. Funds were deposited right away.
I’ve checked a few times and all I seem to find is a payout date that keeps changing but no payout.
Nothing has changed with my bank account.
How can I get access to these funds that are waiting for me but nowhere to be found?

I am sorry to hear about the issue with your trouble with two orders! In this case, since I cannot authenticate you for the store over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, I am unable to look into the specifics of the orders. With that being said, it would be best to reach directly out to our support by logging into your store using our Contact Us page.
Once you successfully login, you will be directed to the Help Center. Type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar to locate the option to Get Support that will appear under the search results. This will allow you to see our supported channels that will allow you to speak with a Support Advisor.
