I never changed anything regarding my payouts. I now have a balance that hasn't been deposited to my bank account. I chatted with Shopify with no answers or resolution. Why is my money sitting there and when will I get it. I don't want a credit card/bankcard from Shopify, I want my money deposited as always. It's been a week!! Please assist!!

It looks like you've received your last payout on Nov. 14th, 20th and your next payout is scheduled for Nov. 20th. However, it doesn't look like the funds were available before the next scheduled payout as the payout doesn't show any funds in your screenshot for Nov. 20th. Nevertheless, you should see a new payout schedule in the upcoming business days.
That being said, do you have a custom payout schedule set up? If so, then it's possible that you could experience some delays on weekends or during holidays. I'd encourage taking a closer look at our guide to better understand the default payment schedule versus setting up a custom payout schedule.
