For the month of September I decided to change my payout to once a month, at first I had it set for the 30th then changed it to the 20th. We are now into October and I have not gotten a payout for September and it’s saying my next payout is October 20th?!

I understand your concerned regarding your September payout as you adjusted the payout schedule from the 30th to the 20th. You're now seeing that your next payout is due October 20th.

I would like to advise that after you update your payout schedule, pending payouts are delayed until the next applicable payout date on your new schedule. This would line up with your next payout being October 20th. If you select a recurring date for when you want to get paid, then the payout is scheduled for that day, but your bank might take additional time to process the transfer. Please note that the funds might not appear in your bank account right after they're sent. This is because banks typically take between 1-3 business days to process deposits to your bank account.
