i have had an order go through but my next pay-out is still at nothing why is this it says that the customer paid i have asked the customer and he sent a picture I'm confused why I haven't got a next pay-out, the order was on a weekend so not a business day but I am not sure if it is meant to say my next pay-out or not also this is my first purchases well second cause I tested it and that didn't go through either but that was on a public holiday when the bank was closed
Are you specifically asking about the payouts from Shopify Payments?
Regarding your payouts, is there any information displayed in the admin under "Settings" > "Payments"? If so, what is the current status indicated? Does it show as 'pending' or something else?
The timing of your payouts to your bank account depends on the region you are located in. For instance, if you are in a region where most banks are closed on weekends, payouts are typically not processed until the next business day.
If you have any additional information you can provide, it would be greatly appreciated.
It’s still pending and it’s been not including the weekend or the public holiday last Friday it’s been like 4 days should I still be waiting for it to finish pending or is it not going to pay me

Are you still missing your payout? In regard to a pending status, this means transactions marked as Pending are for sales that you've made, but that haven't been sent to your bank account yet. More information can be found here.
For some reason or another it is not being transferred to your account yet. In this case I'd recommend reaching out to our live support here at this page so that they can take a closer look for you as I do not have access to your account from here.

I figured it out by contacting support where they told me to check the notifications (the bell icon in the top right) for anything talking about finishing evidence or proof to get payouts and yeah I have been paid out
