I understand that it's been 11 days and you're still waiting for the payout. While fulfilling the order before or after receiving the payout is completely up to you, waiting too long can sometimes create a negative experience for your customers as their packages would take longer to arrive. However, it's important to note that the payouts for Shopify Payments is generally within 1-3 business days, so there could be a hold on your payout and this would be a unique circumstance. Did you get a chance to check your emails (eg. inbox and junk folders) to see whether there's been anything communicated from one of our teams?
If you're not seeing any communications from us through emails or the Shopify admin, then it looks like we'll need to take a closer look at your account in order to resolve the issue.
