Payouts

I have had 793 pound in sales done on the shop over the last 2 weeks with payouts set to daily just had a email to receive 43 pound 

And have a 500 pound still pending 

And 130 pound still pending 

Can someone tell me how to get my money out we need it for float ? 

It's ridiculous
