Paypal charged customer but Shopify Displays "unable to process payment"

Hi this is new for me, Customer received errors on their end processing paypal payment, we see the errors on our end in shopify, but the funds did deposit into our paypal account and withdrawal from hers. Shopify says dont ship, paypal says DO ship, but there is a disclaimer about the funds potentially being reversed on the bottom of the pay pal invoice. 

 

Thoughts?

As this deals with payment gateways and specific orders, we would need to access your account to take a closer look. While we do not have the ability to do that over social channels at this time, I would recommend reaching out through our Help Center to chat with our support team about this. You can do this by logging into your store through the Help Center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
