Paypal Claim from customer , he's get benefit from me

He just insist to have benefit from us , our product is look exactly like picture, i sell for $340 , just he just excuse for small detail inside the exhaust which he claim not even right to get discount on his used product for $170 which is costs very much to our expense, he also show no receipt about his excuse either , he's said he want to get the detail it remove from his side . He also has used our product and dispute , we require unused product to make a return . But through his words , I am sure he has used the product and i'm not sure he's gonna return my product back. I have write several emails about the return option but has no response from him. It's only 5 days till Paypal solution , i don't want lost money also the product . Anyone meet this situation ?
