Paypal Gateway Express

I received an order where the customer paid with paypal. I have my paypal gateway set up complete, but the payment is still pending, and it is telling me to setup the paypal gateway, which I've already done. It will not accept the payment, the order has been unfulfilled and the payment has been pending since yesterday at 6pm mountain standard time. How do I fix this so I cannot get payment and fulfill my customers order ASAP?

Have you verified your Paypal account yet? After you set up, you need to verify your Paypal account to make it clear with Paypal. Please make sure that the information of your business is linked to Paypal exactly.
