Are you not seeing PayPal as an option when you're trying to set up your payment methods in the Shopify admin? Or have you enabled it and are not seeing it at checkout?
I am glad to hear that the website is working for you. Can you tell me which country you are based in please? I'd like to check that PayPal is an available option for you first of all.
PayPal is not a gateway available to merchants in Turkey, which is likely the reason why you are not seeing an option to enable it in the Shopify admin. If you have a business based in the United Kingdom then you may be able to use the gateway as it is an available payments option to merchants there, but you would need to speak to PayPal directly to determine if you and your business are eligible. It's possible they require a UK-based address and bank account in order to use the gateway to accept payments and receive payouts. You can contact PayPal directly to find out more.
