PayPal issues

So my website is on and I've tried to make an order to see if everything works fine... and it's not.

I can only accept PayPal (worst payment ever) for now, and it seems like there's no way reaching them - at all.

I'm completing the checkout process - I'm on the Paypal checkout page, entering the credit card information (I've tried mine, I've tried my wife's credit card) - and I'm getting an error "something wrong" and that's it...

Any idea what the heck? how can I solve this issue? and how are you able to process money with this awful company if you can even reach them when you need it?

Could you share your website URL? And if your website is password protected then also provide a password?
