For some reason when we send an invoice to a customer, instead of them shopping on our store, PayPal isn’t an option. Anyone know how to fix this?

I am hoping you can provide a bit more information in order for me to help. Can you explain to me the exact journey you expect the customer to go on upon receving an invoice. Typically, they are brought to a payment screen to checkout, is that not what is happening here?
