Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I'm running into a snag while testing the payment process on my website. Everything's smooth when I pay with ShopPay, but when I switch to PayPal, it pops up with "No delivery available." I've made sure the address is within our delivery range. Tried PayPal twice and it bombed both times. What could be causing this?
Hey @middletonjaneih a common reason for PayPal payment issues is when the Encrypted Website Payments option is On in your PayPal account. Try switching it off and see if the issue still persists. Log in to your PayPal account and then navigate to website preferences and you’ll see the setting for the encrypted website payments there. I hope this would solve the problem.
