Hi all.
I have made 2 orders from my shop to get an idea of shipping times etc and iron out any problems. Unfortunately paypal has now suspended my account! To access my money I had to add info about the orders, one being tracking info. I had the tracking number but no idea who the carrier was, I couldn't find it anywhere, so I picked 'other' and manually entered ali express shipping. I'm assuming they didn't like that because they then froze my account.
Does anyone know where you can find out the exact carrier name and do others add the tracking info to paypal?
