PayPal Store Cash Back Program Integration

I am looking to turn on the PayPal "Offer Store Cash" program.  My client's site, www.LeatherStand.com has used it before.  However, when trying to turn on this program inside PayPal, I get this error:

"To get started, you'll need to set up PayPal Checkout on your site."

I am then sent to the "PayPal Checkout Integration Guide" shown here:

Yet, in looking at my client's site, it seems as if this has already been done, right?  Can anyone help me to know if I need to hire someone to set up PayPal Checkout Integration?  People check out using PayPal on the site every day, so I don't know why I am getting this error.

Anyone have any ideas?  Need help here!

Yes this is very frustrating! When you click on set up PayPal Store Cash it directs to https://developer.paypal.com/docs/archive/checkout/integrate/?_ga=2.41215394.1886269463.1674086731-3... which we already have integrated through Shopify! There's no clear steps on how to integrate this for Shopify stores.
