PayPal wants invoice

I’m new to drop shipping. I got my first orders a couple days ago and PayPal froze my account. They asked for receipts. I went on the orders page on AliExpress and clicked on download invoice button. I downloaded those and submitted. Was I supposed to do that or did I mess up?

It seems likely that providing your Aliexpress invoices to Paypal for the products your customers ordered from you, are the correct documents to submit. However, I highly recommend contacting Paypal directly to discuss what is required to resume the functionality of your Paypal account. They’ll be your best resources for guidance on this matter.
