Hi, when you have multiple stores within Shopify, do you link one and the same PayPal business account for customer payment or multiple separate PayPal accounts for each store? Thanks, Karin

This approach is beneficial if you prefer centralized funds and streamlined administration. Using multiple separate PayPal accounts, on the other hand, allows clear separation of funds and financial tracking. It also provides more customization options for payment settings and branding for each individual store.

If you end up linking one PayPal account, there's a workaround you can do to differentiate the funds and that is to format the order IDs in each of your stores. You can set a unique prefix or suffix so you can easily identify which store the payout comes from.
