Pending payment moment with no payout date

I have just recently created a Shopify store, and I have tested out purchasing through my store to see how that all works, I’ve made 4/5 $2 transactions and all are pending with no payout date. I asked my partner to make a purchase to go see if it was a bank issue on my behalf, and it’s not. 
has this happened to anyone else? 
mall my pay out details are entered correctly as far as I am aware, I can’t see why the pay out would have no due date though. I want to open my shop to the public but I can’t until I know the funds are actually coming to me and not being stored within Shopify.

Thanks for posting in our Community Forums and detailing your situation. 

If you navigate to your Shopify admin and click Settings > Payments > View payouts, do the orders show up on this page? If so, what is the status of the orders? 

Some orders can be placed in a Pending state before the transaction can be allocated to your next payout date and be delivered to you. Once a payout date has been determined by the system, a specific date should show up next to each of the orders, to give you an indication on when the system will process the transaction and have it sent through to your nominated bank account.
