Pending Payment Unfulfilled

Hi I have a quick question! I just sold my first product and it notified me that someone has purchased it on Shopify. On shopify it says Payment Pending Unfulfilled and when I click fulfil through Oberlo it doesn't pop up at all. Will it pop up on Oberlo after the payment is done succesfully? And should I notify the buyer that the payment hasn't gone through?
