Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I’ve had 2 pending payments for over a month. I’ve been struggling to sort out my payout. Please help.
I’ve checked forums and help page nothing makes sense.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'm happy to provide some assistance with your payouts, to ensure this gets resolved. To gather a bit more information, are you seeing a payout date within the Payments section Shopify admin?
If not, I'd encourage you to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look as we wouldn't have access to any account details through the Community. They will be able to determine why it's stuck in a pending state and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.

Head over to our Help Center.
Enter into the chat box Contact Support.
Log into your shop.
Select one of the available support options.
