Why is there no submit button to submit the documents that Shopify keeps asking me for? How do I submit my ID to accept payments from my store?

Shopify itself asks for the store owner to upload your license or state issued ID in order to accept payments.

Do you mind sending the screenshot of the message?

 

I'm sure you needed some details in integrating or accepting payment on Shopify but mostly it's numbers. If you don't mind providing the needed details let me help you out

Thank you for reaching out here.

 

Normally when Shopify requests the store owner to submit the document, there is always a red banner added to your Shopify admin with the "upload" button or you'll receive an email asking you for those details.

If not, the best way to deal with it is to reach out to the Shopify Support team and have them check it for you.

Welcome to our Community forum. Thanks for bringing your question here. I completely understand the importance of setting up your Shopify Payments account. Let's get to the bottom of this.

 

Typically, when documents are requested for your account you will see a request banner in your Shopify Admin. If you see a request for the documents without an 'upload document' option, we'll need to look into this further. 

 

Currently, we cannot provide account-specific support in the Community forum. For that reason, please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request. Once you have logged in, type your request in 'Ask about a topic', scroll down to 'Get Support' and then click 'Continue'. 

 

In the meantime, I'd love to hear more about your new business. What type of products will you be selling? Is there anything else I can support you with for the time being?
