Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I'm facing challenges activating Shopify Payments for my US-based LLC, despite having a history of shipping orders to US customers and recently establishing a formal agreement with a US-based supplier for warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and tracking.
I can provide documentation to Shopify, including shipping labels, invoices, and the supplier agreement, to demonstrate my operational presence in the US. However, these documents were never asked and they just declined my request.
It's interesting to note that a friend of mine could activate Shopify Payments without providing additional documentation, even though they have a similar business setup. While I have yet to be asked for these documents, I'm prepared to provide them if necessary.
I should also mention that I entered into the supplier agreement after my initial Shopify Payments application was declined, in an effort to provide stronger evidence of my operational presence in the US.
Has anyone else encountered similar issues? Are there additional steps I can take to strengthen my case and secure Shopify Payments activation? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.
Good luck bro. They never respond. I’m having the same kind of issue. It’s been 5-6 days. But no replies
