Pinwheel Payment Setup

Hello,

I have created my Pinwheel account but I am unable to activate it on my Shopify. The option to pick Pinwheel in the alternative payment options is not there. Per Pinwheel, they have had this same issue with other Shopify accounts and advised me to reach out to Shopify to correct this issue. I have attached a screenshot of the list of alternative payment providers and Pinwheel is not showing up. Please HELP??

As per the available payment gateways in the United States, you can certainly use Pinwheel in your region. With that being said, it sounds as though you are unable to select it from the available drop downs in your payment settings?

 

Do you have Shopify Payments enabled at all? If so, you cannot enable a third-party payment provider simultaneously. For further context, are you able to show me a screenshot of your experience to make sure I don't misunderstand anything?
