Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have never used the Shopify sevice and been charged for about 6 months for nothing. I have contacted the customer service but they only refunded one monthly fees.. could you kindly refund my other bills? i'm in need for this money... thanks

The best and most efficient way to look into this is by contacting the financial services support team. As you've already contacted them before, the best and fastest way to find out or request something else would be to ask in that ticket as it's already with the correct team. Any other way would just involve starting the process again which would take longer. They are the only team who would have any authority to issue a refund of any kind.
