POS Draft orders

I am not able to see draft orders in the POS screen even though I can see the in shopify. For example #D74 is a draft order that I see on shopify online, customer comes in store and I want to sell them the order and I go to search orders and it can not find the draft order.

Hey there, @LaneRepsol! Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Shopify Community Forums regarding your draft orders and finding them within the POS app! My name is Imogen. It's great to meet you!

I did some testing on my end with my online store and POS app and I was able to find my draft orders as expected. I'll outline the steps I took below so you can try! Let me know if you have any issues following the steps I outlined:

• Login to your Shopify POS App
• Once on the home screen, select the 'orders' button from the bottom bar
• You should now be on the 'All Orders' screen. From there, there should be a grey arrow icon pointing downward next to 'All orders' at the top of the screen. Tap that.
• From here, select the 'Drafts' option from the dropdown menu
• This will show you your draft orders based on the channel used to create them. By default, this should show 'POS'. If you made the draft order in your Admin, tap the 'channel' button near the top of the screen and select the 'admin' option. This will now show you your draft orders that have been created in your admin. This is where I found my draft order I created to test this flow.

Do you have to have a special app to retrieve draft orders on your pos? It does not give me the option to see draft orders under all orders.

I also have this problem. I have many draft orders created via the GraphQL API that are visible in the admin but are not visible in the POS app.  When I try to view the draft orders for either online or POS they are not showing in the POS app.

The only options in the drop down are POS and Online.  There is no draft option in the filter.
