Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
A couple of months ago, I asked a developed to create an online store for me. Days later he transferer the ownership for me. However in doing so, I found myself paying the full amount of 34 USD/month from day one. I recognized later that I missed on the 3 months of 1 USD/month campaign.
Is there a way I could still get it. Three months of 1 USD/month would be a great support when I am still working on the development of the website.
I appreciate your help.
Hello, @LebanonPets!
When it comes to the 3 months for $1 offer, this is only applicable for an account you created yourself, and it wouldn't work on a development store that was transferred to you - those would be subject to paying the full subscription fees once ownership is transferred.
In this case, the only way to avail of that offer is by starting a new store via this link here, though I understand that this may not be suitable for you now that you had a store developed already.

Hi @Lana
Thank you for your response.
Would it be possible to raise a complain against the developer. He claims that he is a Shopify Partner. On top of making me lose this chance of three months of almost free service he did an unprofessional conduct.
I am concerned that he might do this to others.
How can I make an official complaint?
