Possible to have Variants with different shipping costs?

Is it possible for me to have 1 product set up with 2 sizes, my example is a print in A4 or A3, but they have different shipping costs?

Right now a regular A4 print costs around £1.40 for UK shipping, but the A3 would cost £3-4 due to it being in a postage tube.

Is it possible to set this up without an app?
