Possible to note a newsletter subscriber in Orders?

When going through your orders, is there a way to tell when a purchase is made from a newsletter subscriber? 

I'm trying to give anyone who subscribes to my newsletter a little extra when they make their purchase and I haven't figured out a good way to identify them from their orders aside from cross-referencing the master list of email subscribers.
