Thanks for your post. Just to confirm, do you have a Shopify account? If you aren't sure, you can enter your email address on this page to receive a list of accounts associated with your email. You can then deactivate your store to avoid future charges. 

If you've never signed up for Shopify, your card may have been compromised. I recommend contacting your bank directly to investigate the charge.
