Pre-Order shipping with Royal Mail Click & Drop

Does anyone have any advice on managing fulfilment for pre-orders with Shopify and Royal Mail Click & Drop?

I'd love to be able to make sure pre-order sales aren't automatically synced to Click & Drop but we have the option to move those orders back into the usual order queue and sync to Click & Drop for shipping when stock arrives.

I've only just migrated our store to Shopify and at the moment I'm just manually deleting pre-orders from Click & Drop and leaving them unfulfilled on Shopify. I'm unsure how to resync those orders when they're ready to ship. I'm hoping we don't just have to import manually?
