Hello there.

I am using Kalles theme. I will launch my shop december 1 and will be ready to ship on January 25. 

In that arc of time I would like to set up preorders for my products. Now, I've tried prequik and timesact but they do not seem to work (nothing appears or changes while customizing the theme even after installing them). Prequik technical team told me they do not work with a theme like Kalles. Is there anything else I can do? Any other app? Any way to turn this around? I know that without any app it would be difficult, beacause after an order I have 30 days in order to ship it, right?

Are you able to provide us with some more information around what you've been experiencing? Are you using the same theme as the original poster mentioned here? Are you also trying to use the same apps that the original poster mentioned? I just want to be as clear as possible on what it is you're experiencing and working on so we can lend a hand!
