Price automatically lowered for everywhere other than my own location

Hi! I tried checking out at my own store, and found out that the prices for all items are automatically lowered.

Let's say I am selling a mug for $15, it became $14.12 at checkout

However, the price remain unchanged if I were to put in my own location as the shipping destination.

I did not put any discount on my store. For shipping and delivery options listed in settings on shopify, this is what I put:

 

How do I fix this? Is this a problem related to shipping rates or discount

okay I found out the solution to my problem already, in case someone else want to know why this happened:)

I set "collect taxes" only in my residence state, so the price got reduced in other location other than my state
