Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
I've just started making sales through my shopify store but I noticed that the item price (in this case $135) shows up on the product pages and when it's added to cart, but once the person proceeds to checkout the price dropped to $112.50 without any discount codes used. I'm not sure what the problem could be. Any ideas of where to look or what could be causing the change in price.
Many thanks.
Could be due to an app, or an automatic discount code. Would you mind sharing a screenshot and the URL to your store so I can take a look?
