Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello, can you tell me if it is possible to set my shipping rates for orders of several items (different and identical) so that it is regressive.
Let me explain: with Printful, from the 2nd item ordered, the delivery price is regressive. But my customers have always paid double the rate. I've had a lot of abandoned carts.
I've tried everything and even contacted Printful who told me I had to set my shipping rates on Shopify, and I don't know what to do.
Maybe there's a trick or just use an application.
Could someone tell me which app works best with Printful and isn't too expensive?
Thanks in advance.

Hello @lylyb75 ,
This is not possible using native Shopify shipping unfortunately. But, you can set up regressive rates exactly like you want using our app ShipMagic. We have "incremental rate" type inside our app for this purpose.
Let me know if you have any further questions, I would be happy to answer.

hi @lylyb75 ,
The double rate would have incurred due to the product being set up with multiple shipping profiles, and Shopify would have summed both the prices.
In an ideal scenario, using the default shipping profile with either weight-based or price-based shipping rules would have provided you with an approximate solution to your needs.
Nevertheless, if you specifically need a fixed rate for the first product and an incremental unit price for the additional products, you will need to install an app.
