Printing Labels and Packing Slips together

I still cannot find a solution to Print our Packing Slips and Shipping Labels together, one after another, on the same roll of labels. It seems like a no-brainer and have done this with other shipping programs.

Thank you for getting in touch. If you buy your labels directly through Shopify and print your orders via the Order Printer app, these processes cannot be combined as they are handled separately within the admin—the labels can be purchased directly from Shopify in the Orders section, whereas the packing slips are created within the app.

There are some third-party shipping apps, such as Shippo, which offer both shipping label purchases and packing slip generation. You might want to consider using a shipping app if you want to consolidate your processes and manage all aspects of shipping your products in the same place. Along with Shippo, there are a variety of these types of apps you can find on the Shopify App Store.

Can we add a field to the bottom of the printing label and import the products and qty there so that it will print on the next label? I've done this work around with other programs.

Do you mean having the order details imported from the label purchase over to Order Printer so the packing slip can then be printed with this information attached? Are you using Order Printer to print your labels?

Based on your requirement I think Multi Carrier Shipping Label App is what you are looking for. This app allows you to print shipping labels and packing slips with a click. You can also track your orders within the same dashboard.

Yes, correct. No we do not use Order Printer because we have been using a 3rd party for shipping because we have too many orders to print without having them print together. If we use Order Printer are we able to do this? Also, what is the difference between Order Printer and Order Printer PRO?

If you use Order Printer, you'll be able to print multiple packing slips at once. However, the purchasing of labels is a separate task, so this cannot be done at the same time you print your packing slips. The apps I mentioned in my last post may allow you to perform these actions together.

The Order Printer app is a free app provided and supported directly by Shopify. Order Printer Pro is a third-party app which comes with a cost for some of its features.
