Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
My business is offering a subscription service, where the customer will receive a box every other month until July 2022 (6 boxes total). I'm trying to think of ways to print shipping labels for these orders without the order being marked as fulfilled or archived because ideally, I'd like to be able to print new shipping labels straight from Shopify each time we send a package to one of these subscription members. Is there a way to single out a product to not automatically fulfill? I only saw this option for all the products or none. If anyone else offers a subscription service and has any tips about printing a large number of shipping labels from the same orders multiple times, I'd appreciate any help. I hope I explained this clearly. I really don't want to have to create 100 shipping labels in another mailing system to avoid fulfilling an ongoing order like this in Shopify, let alone repeat that process 5 more times.
I have the same issue. I want to buy and print a label but not mark as fufilled yet.
We have the same need. A client who wants to print labels one day and it may take 2-4 days to box the orders and actually ship them. We don't want the customers to get the email until then, and need to easily see which orders are not fulfilled. It's like Shopify is lumping "Print Label" and "Fulfilled" as the same thing. They are two steps with logistics.
