Another day and another day of "a system error has occurred and is being investigated" when trying to print out shipping labels. Sorta tired of simply reading, from Shopify, how we should all clear our cookies etc... This time, we are running into this CLASSIC fail from Shopify when it comes to printing UPS labels. We did the different browsers and the tricks... still nothing.

Have you tried reconnecting the UPS account? It might work once you do that. If not try contacting the Shopify support via chat from here: Shopify support
