Problem at check out and shopping cart

Hello everyone,

many clients wont be able to pay at check out and they wont let them erase the product from their shopping cart. It allows only the PayPal option to continue . Somehow it all freezes .

Please help me

To ensure this is not related to a browser issue, I'd encourage you to attempt some local troubleshooting steps. For ease, I've gone ahead and listed below a few steps that you can attempt to see if this helps to resolve:

 

  • Clear your Cache and Cookies.
  • Access the shop in an Incognito Tab. 
  • Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
  • Try Another Device. 
  • Try accessing from the Shopify Mobile App. 
  • Try Restarting your device.
  • Make sure your device is Up To Date.

Unfortunately i have tried with different devices and all have the same problem. 

All of my clients tried to purchase a product but it seems to stuck in the check out and also it not allow them to erase the product for their shopping cart
