Problem buying international shipping labels

Hey Everyone, 

Internation shipping label purchases won't go through. It's most likely a bug because the same thing happened last week. It was fixed and I was able to buy international labels but now you tap buy label and nothing happens.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! By any chance, have you attempted to clear the cache on your browser to see if that does the trick? In some rare cases, clearing the browser cache can fix mirror issues that you may experience with your Shopify admin.

Once you successfully login, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak with a Support Advisor about the situation.
