Problem with completing business verification for Shopify payment

I am seeking up my store for Shopify payment, and it’s keep asking for my business registration, and showing alert on my name is not matching on the account. Which I have checked it all matched. Now is just going in an endless loop. And I don’t seem to find any link to get support.

From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Domains. In the Shopify-managed domains section, click the name of the domain that you want to verify. Click DNS Settings. Click Add custom record, and then select the record type. I think you should go through with this and check once.
