Problem with d-local payment methods

Hello to all!

I am looking for a solution to my problem. Indeed, I am trying to install the d-local payment method on my store in order to be able to sell better in Brazil through Boleto, Elo etc.
But when I install this payment method on my store and I try to buy via d-local, it does not work and an error message appears 

If someone has a solution to this problem?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some guidance with setting up a third-party payment gateway on the shop, to get this resolved. To ensure By dLocal is working as expected, I recommend checking out our Configuring Third-Party Payment Gateways documentation for steps on how to successfully configure to the shop. It outlines, you can:

 

  • Head to Settings > Payments, from the Shopify admin. 
  • In the Payment providers section, click Choose a provider.
  • Select the provider that you want to use from the list (i.e By dLocal).

  • Enter your account credentials for the provider that you selected.

  • Click Activate.

  • Click Save.

 

If this has successfully complete and you continue receiving an error when entering the payment process within By dLocal, I recommend contacting Their Support directly for further assistance in getting this resolved.
