I am looking for a solution to my problem. Indeed, I am trying to install the d-local payment method on my store in order to be able to sell better in Brazil through Boleto, Elo etc. But when I install this payment method on my store and I try to buy via d-local, it does not work and an error message appears

It outlines, you can:
Head to Settings > Payments, from the Shopify admin.
In thePayment providerssection, clickChoose a provider.
Select the provider that you want to use from the list (i.e By dLocal).
Enter your account credentials for the provider that you selected.
If this has successfully complete and you continue receiving an error when entering the payment process within By dLocal, I recommend contacting Their Support directly for further assistance in getting this resolved.
