If you are noticing the error message,"Your cart has been updated and the items you added can’t be shipped to your address. Remove the items to complete your order". This can be due to multiple reasons that would trigger this error message for your customers.
I would suggest checking yourshipping ratesthat are being offered from theShipping Profile as they may not meet theweight or priceof your customers total order. If you can confirm that the location is added and you have added rates that should display for your customer - it could be due to the product being stocked at another location.
As for example, if you using multiple locations to fulfill your online orders, you may need to make sure that you have added the other locations to the shipping profile. If you navigate toSettings > Shipping and Deliveries > Manage Rates, you may need the option to add your other locations to the profile to allow the rates to be displayed. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
If you are still having some trouble allowing your customers to continue to the checkout, you can reach out to our support by logging into your store using ourContact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before discussing the situation with a Support Advisor.
