Problems with delivery options

We need to be able to send the same product (it's important) from two different fulfillments. These fulfillments have different delivery zones, different prices and different delivery times. Now, after setting up according to the Shopify instructions, users see by default only delivery from one fulfilment (the one to which we assigned priority). It is necessary for customers to see all delivery methods from both fulfillments, regardless of priority.
