Dear Shopify Admins & Users,
Out of the 11 Abandoned Checkouts today, a lot of them receive errors while checking out. It seems that the customer can't checkout and receive errors on the Checkout page when finishing their order.
I am not the only one with this problem since I am communicating with a lot more Shopify merchants that are using this payment methods; iDeal & Bancontact (Shopify Payments).
Is there any solution for this problem (See the attachments)
Since this error effects almost 50% of my daily revenue.
Would love to get some help on this urgent matter!

Same problem here a lot of people get errors. i have it already for a couple of days and i lose a lot of revenue because of it.
Yes and it seems to be unresolved for a long period of time.
Not sure if the Support can do anything, the people I spoke to are having the same issues for days/weeks. No help from Shopify Support / Technical Teams whatsoever.
Yes same here no help. i always get the same reply that its the fault of the bank connection of the client.
im based in the netherlands and sell to uk but sometimes the erro comes for hours at the time and sometimes there isnt an error.
but this needs to be fixed i hear also i alot of people with this problem. and i dont see help from nowhere.

I am also having trouble with iDEAL. I can see most of my customers in the netherlands try to use it but it fails every time with "PROCESSING_ERROR", no further information provided from the gateway. Have contacted shopify support and they told me to contact iDEAL! This is a shopify product, I pay for it with shopify payments, I have no account with iDEAL so do not understand how or why I should do any further research. Shopify please fix your iDEAL gateway!!!

Hi, we have the same issue (although not as frequent) but the annoying thing is Shopify doesn't show the error received by the bank. Sometimes it's due to a too low amount on the customers side for example and they have that information. Do you know if there are developments ongoing on this side to show it?
Try a solution works with Stripe.
