Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hey guys! has anyone of you had a problem opening an account with a third-party payment gateway? I have tried Poyneer, ONERWAY and Ayden it's been three weeks and none of them have gotten back to me. I do not know the reason why, but they have not gotten back to be in three weeks after several attempts at opening accounts with them. I have had previous stores, and the payment gateway I was using was 2 checkouts, but they flat out rejected my application without giving me a reason. Their rules have gotten so strict. How do you suggest I move forward with this matter; any tips are welcomed. Thank you
Hi @phoneboxint !
I highly suggest that you try reaching out to those providers so they can give you a better view, information, or details of the rejection so, you know what to improve in order to be approved. Here is the link where you can see the full lists of payment providers that Shopify supported in South Africa: Payment Providers and Online Payment Gateways (2024).
What I did was contact shopify support and they gave me the proper link to register on Payoneer but now I am having a problem connecting my Payoneer account to my Shopify account. If you look at the image provided below, I am unable to connect the two even when I uninstall and re install again. I have also changed browsers, but I am coming across the same problem. The shopify advisors are unable to assist since Payoneer is a third-party app and Payoneer support team iss so unreliable. I am stuck again
