When a client tries to purchase they get an error notification.
This happend an other time also but happens again now and im getting a bit frustrated why this is happening al the time with shopify payments.
error is this - there was an issue processing your payment. try again or use a different payment method.
Please fix this asap i lose a lot of money because this problem comes back every single time.

we already have a favicon image.
but it happens to some customers not al of them. i have tried everything but your own colleauge also said there was a problem with checking out and this is with shopify payments.
the error is not seen in the abandoned checkout section.
i have tried to pay with other people their payments to see if it works.
some people can't pay some people can so the problem is not their with al the people.

Since you've already reached out to our support team to create a support ticket, I recommend replying directly to it so our team can investigate more closely. This would be the next best step to resolving the issue as our community forums do not have access to your admin and abandoned checkout section. Our support team may need to troubleshoot your checkout and take a look at the backend of your account. I would check your inbox, spam or junk folder for your support ticket and reply to it so the appropriate team can receive your response.
