Product A cannot be shipped with B + another special Shipping Case - Solutions?

I have a question concerning Shopify Shipping.

Maybe someone can help

I need a solution for the following issue: 

Issue 1: 

Product A,B,C;D = 15 Euro --> if  one is added to the chart --> the shipping costs for the other products included in the chart  --> should be 0 Euro

Issue 2

Product E,F,G--> cannot be shipped with---> Product XYZ

How would anyone approach this issue
